Simplicity in Design

Tractor Supply Company needed a way to collect, evaluate and manage the many sponsorship and donation requests they receive each year. This site has a simple front end form used by the public for all such requests. A robust administrative backend (not pictured) provides tools for handling submissions--including evaluating and then accepting or declining requests--and then further managing accepted sponsorships. Budget tools, reporting and record management combine information that once encompassed many spreadsheets and documents into one manageable application. The result is faster response time, clear understanding of where money is being allocated which has improved time management for the project's team members.
