Higher Ground's Octane™ software allows call centers to accurately recall any of their calls by type and even voice searching. This allows call centers to study and improve their effectivity. Emergency call dispatchers started to use the suite and found it to be incredibly effective. They wanted to rebrand their software to reach this untapped market.

The solution and results:

Our logo really gained traction in test markets early on. Unfortunately, a change in leadership caused Octane to get folded back into Higher Ground's main suite of products. However, we are exremely proud of the work we did for them and so was their marketing director.
